Grilled Cheese Sandwich

by - November 07, 2016

This is a classic recipe. It's my go to food for when I'm a little lazy/don't have many things at home. It's a relatively easier recipe than my other ones, but only if you know how to make it correctly. Which is why I'm posting this. Also guys, I am currently traveling in the USA. Add me on Snapchat and follow me on Instagram if you're interested in seeing my journey:

Over here you'll also get regular updates of what I'm doing, and what I'm shooting, and what I'm eating, etc. So if you're interested, check it out.

Also, I want to inform you guys that since I am traveling for a long time, I am not pausing my videos, I will still be uploading as we're staying in service apartments instead of hotels because of the kitchen addition in them. However, my kitchen may keep changing as I keep traveling, so just ignore that please. The kitchen in this video is also not mine.

Ingredients:

Bread
Cheese slices
Black pepper powder
Butter
Pizza Sauce (optional)

Method:

-Apply generous amount of butter on the bread
-Put 2 slices of cheddar cheese
-Sprinkle black pepper powder
-Apply butter on another slice of bread and put it on top of the sandwich.
-Spread butter on the outer sides of the sandwich

OR
You can spread the pizza sauce first on the bread, and then repeat the same steps(This is the way my children prefer this, otherwise the sandwich gets a little too cheesy which they don't like as much. So if you also don't like too cheesy things, this will be better)

-Now, heat a pan. Here comes the major trick- Once it's heated enough, set the flame to low/medium because this will cook the sandwich slowly, resulting the cheese to melt without making the bread coal black(without burning the bread).

-Flip the sandwich when it's golden brown. And when both sides are this colour, your cheese will be melted and you'll be done!

This is a super simple recipe but it tastes like heaven! Hope you guys make this too. Send me pictures of the cheese oozing out!
