Eggless Nutella Stuffed Pizookie(pizza shaped cookie)

What I'm about to share with you is sinful, and just wrong, yet you'll crave it unlike anything else. As some of you may know, I'm travelling in the US, and I kept encountering so many delicious baked goods, cakes, and what not. I gave up, bought chocolate chips and all my necessary ingredients and made this. A PIZZA SHAPED COOKIE. You read that right. Its a pizza sized chocolate chip cookie. 
And cherry on top?
There's a hidden/secret layer of Nutella in between. 
Also, since I'm traveling, I don't have the best utensils, plates, tools and stuff so just bear with me hehe.
Before you get angry now, here's the recipe:

Ingredients:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup semi sweet/dark chocolate chips
1/4th cup mashed banana/ 1 egg
1/2 cup softened butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3rd cup room temperature nutella

and a 9 inch pan!

Temperatures:
175 degrees celsius/ 350 Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes
pre-heat oven 175 degrees celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 10 minutes

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 175° C/350° F. 
  2. In a bowl, put butter and brown sugar, and mix it till it's light and creamy.
  3. Now add granulated sugar and do the same.
  4. Now add the mashed banana and vanilla extract and mix it really well.
  5. Now add half of your all purpose flour, the rest will be added later.
  6. Add salt as per taste, baking soda, and mix it until combined. 
  7. Now add the remaining all purpose flour and fold it in.
  8. Now finally add the chocolate chips and fold them in too.
  9. I added white chocolate chips also, but they're completely optional.
  10. Now grease your 9" pan with butter and pour in half of the batter as the first layer.
  11. Spread it evenly with a spatula or any tool.
  12. Now comes my favorite part- adding nutella! This part is absolutely irresistible, this is where you see your cookie coming together as well. Spread the nutella at room temperature to 1" of the edges, evenly with any tool.
  13. Now pour the remaining batter also, spread it evenly, and that makes your three layers complete!
  14. Top it with some chocolate chips.
  15. Now bake it in your preheated oven for 25-30 minutes for a gooey cookie.
  16. When it's done, cool it for about 15 mins and then you're done!!
