Jalapeno Poppers Recipe

Ingredients:

8 to 10 Jalapeños 
1 tbsp Cream cheese 
5 tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
1-2 tbsp Grated mozzarella Cheese
2 tbsp Chopped vegetables of your choice ( I have used:
1 tablespoon chopped onion + 1 tablespoon red bell pepper
+1/2 tablespoon boiled sweet corn)
1 tbsp green bell pepper)
1 Cup Bread crumbs
1/2 Cup Plain flour/Maida 
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder 
1/4 tsp Red chilly flakes
Oil for frying

Method:

First we prepare the filling by mixing both the cheeses.
Now add your chopped vegetables, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes (I’m not adding salt as cheese is already salty).
Mix it all together.
Keep that mixture aside and start cutting the jalapeños. 

1st way of cutting-
First, cut the top part, now smoothly deseed it by removing the middle part.
2nd way of cutting-
Cut the top part and then split the jalapeño from the middle to deseed it with a spoon.

Now fill the hollow jalapeños with the mixture that we had set aside(after filling it in, join all the parts back and make sure they stick together-or you could just fill the parts separately, upto you).

Now it’s time to coat the stuffed jalapeños.
For that, take plain flour, red chilli flakes, salt, and mix it together. 
You can use oregano as well.
Now keep adding water and mixing it together to create a thick flowing consistency. 
On the side, I have my bread crumbs which I have made by mixing oats and bread crumbs. 
Now, dip the jalapeños in the flour batter, and then coat them in bread crumbs.
Repeat this step one more time.

Now it’s time to fry the jalapeños.

Once they turn crispy and golden brown, they're ready to be served!
