Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:
300 gm Spinach
1 Boiled Potato 
1/2 Cup Boiled Green Peas
2-3 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 
1 Onion Chopped
1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts
1/4 Cup Besan
2/3 Cup Oats 
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs 
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Aamchoor Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Oil for Frying




Method:

Firstly, Microwave the spinach for 2 minutes on high power.
Once thats done, strain it and separate the water that it left. It can be used for making the dough.
Now, put the spinach in a bowl and add green peas(frozen green peas put in boiling water for 15-20 minutes).
Now add ginger garlic paste. You can add it chopped also.
Now add bread crumbs, dry roasted besan, green chilli, and mix it well.
Now add boiled potato crushed with your hands. And mix it all together.
Now add all the masalas; salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, aamchoor powder, cumin powder and mix it well.
Now coarsely grind everything in the mixie (coarsely because we want a little bit of the crunch to be there).
Now add chopped onions for extra crunch, and roasted peanuts(optional). Now mix it well.
Now add crushed oats and mix it well.
You can store this in the fridge and use it whenever you want to serve it.
Grease your hands with oil, and start taking out small portions out of the dough and give them any shape. Now it's time to fry them!
Heat a pan and add oil.
Once it's heated, you can add your cutlets on medium heat. I'm shallow frying it, you can deep fry also.
Drop some oil on it and flip it.
Once it's golden brown from both sides, it's ready to be served!
I served it with some mint and tomato sauce.
