Scrambled Eggs and Cheese Sandwich

by - November 16, 2016

If you love eggs, and if you love cheese dripping out of those eggs(let's be honest, who doesn't!) then this is the perfect breakfast recipe for you(and by breakfast I mean basically whenever you are hungry and lazy).

Ingredients(for 3 sandwiches):
4 eggs1 tbsp chopped onion6 slices of BreadSalt as per taste1/4th tsp Red chilli flakes1/4th tsp Black pepper powder 2 tbsp Milk
3-4 tbsp grated cheddar cheese1/2 tsp butter for pan and 2 tablespoons for spreading on bread
1 tsp Oil per sandwichTomato sauce (optional) for spreading

Method:

Crack all the eggs in a bowl
Add salt as per taste, red chilli flakes, black pepper powder(optional)
Now add 2 tbsp milk to make it creamier
Now beat it all together
Heat a pan, and add butter along with some oil so that the butter doesn't burn.
Add the beaten eggs
Sprinkle chopped onions, and if you want, you can add capsicums, green chilli, etc, or you can keep it completely plain too.
Now scramble it(cook on medium heat).
Once this is done, you can shift the scrambled eggs to a bowl.
Now apply butter on one side of the bread and flip it.
Now spread the egg filling on the non-butter side of the bread.
Sprinkle as much grated cheddar cheese as you want to.
Take another bread and put it on top to complete the sandwich. Make sure that bread is buttered as well, and the butter side is opposite to the filling.

Another way to make this is by first applying ketchup on your bread.

After you're done with all the steps above, heat a pan and put your sandwich on it.
Spread a little bit of oil as well.
Cook it on medium heat.
Flip it once it's golden brown, then press it a little (you can also use a panini press to make this)

Now cut it from the middle, and enjoy the cheese oozing out!
